MGA Junior Competitions (Metropolitan Golf Association)

The Metropolitan Golf Association Foundation runs a small slate of prestigious junior championships for the New York metro area, headlined by the Met Junior, the nation's oldest junior championship. Team New York for the USNDP is also administered with the MGA.

A nonprofit New England junior circuit founded in 1980 and formally established in 1983, running roughly two dozen major competitions plus a mini-tour for novice and intermediate players. Its calendar spans Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and a Bethpage stop in New York.
