
Apex Junior Golf Organization (formerly Alabama Junior Golf Organization)
Long known as the Alabama Junior Golf Organization, this independent tour rebranded as Apex Junior Golf after adding a Georgia division. It runs about 38 two-day events a year at premier Alabama and west-Georgia courses for juniors 12–19 of all skill levels.

- 2026 schedule shows 38 tournaments across Alabama (Birmingham, Huntsville, Selma, Dothan, Mobile and more) and the Peachtree City/Fayetteville area of Georgia
- Eight 2026 events are Junior Golf Scoreboard-ranked, including RTJ Grand National, the Bud Burns Dixie Junior and the Winter Classic
- Membership includes Junior Golf Hub access, equipment discounts and eligibility for Notah Begay III National Championship qualifiers

Southeastern Junior Golf Tour

Founded in 1994 and based in Auburn, Alabama, the SJGT is one of the Southeast's largest independent junior circuits, running roughly 35–40 two-day events a year across Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, the Florida panhandle and Tennessee. Membership is projected to top 1,000 players in its 31st season.
Birmingham Golf Association Junior Tour

The Birmingham Golf Association, a 501(c)(3) founded in 1965, runs a developmental summer junior tour of 21-plus events at more than 20 metro courses including Shoal Creek, Old Overton and Greystone. The 2026 sign-up filled and closed before the season.
Jimmy Green Junior Tour

A Mobile, Alabama-area junior tour that hosts two-day, 36-hole events open to all juniors, with divisions for high-school varsity players and boys and girls ages 12–13.
Tuscaloosa Junior Tour
Alabama
A summer developmental tour run by Tuscaloosa County Park & Recreation at Ol' Colony Golf Course, with eight low-cost events across five age divisions. It is a starter option for west-Alabama juniors before moving up to statewide tours.
Georgia PGA Junior Tour

The Georgia PGA Section's tour for ages 11–18 runs an 11-month season on some of the state's best courses. Membership is required before the first event; registration opens each December.
North Florida Junior Golf Tour (NFJG)

The nonprofit North Florida Junior Golf Foundation, launched in 1990 with North Florida PGA involvement, runs roughly 36–40 events a year around Jacksonville and northeast Florida on five skill-based tours.
